Utopia's Offerings

Utopia is very conveniently located right across from the main gates of Jordan University (JU), and on the very well serviced Queen Rania Al-Abdullah Street. It literary takes two minutes to walk to JU campus using the underpass, and less than a minute to access any means of public transit in either directions on the main street. Therefore, guests can reach all other universities within Greater Amman as well as the several main language centers in the area with ease.

Utopia vicinity is very rich with the services that students may need. Whether bookstores, money exchanges, banks, convenience and grocery stores, national and international food chains, cafeterias, inexpensive sandwich and coffee shops, shopping centers, hospitals, pharmacies, fitness centers, etc. All within a walking distance or a few minutes by transit. Our sister company “University Bookshop”, situated within the same complex as "Utopia" offers a special discount to international students on most of its merchandise upon presenting their students’ ID.

Utopia hostel is designed to high levels of hotel standards and is equipped with almost all necessary facilities; each room has:

• Kitchenette
• Refrigerator
• TV set with satellite channels
• Free Wi-Fi internet access
• National / international telephone service

Hot water is available 24/7, and the central air conditioning keeps Utopia environment very pleasant. The double-wall construction and double-glazed windows maintain a private and quiet atmosphere within Utopia.  Two spacious common rooms allow the diverse mix of our guests to meet and study in other of their rooms. A laundry / dryer facility is available within Utopia, and a dry-cleaning service is regularly and efficiently provided to Utopia guests. 

Our staff members are trained to ensure that our guests are well served. Our mission is focused to make our guests stay at Utopia comfortable, enjoyable and memorable. We will provide any help should the guest require, even for outside of Utopia, the guest has just to ask.

Ground transportation can be provided from and to Queen Alia Airport.

Stays at Utopia may vary in lengths depending on the semester and/or the course the guest will attend. Most popular stays are the long term of 5, 4, or 2 months.  Indeed shorter stays may be accepted depending on availability.
